KSM Energia sp. z o.o.
is a special purpose vehicle established in October 2009 to carry out a project called the Żeńsko Wind Farm. Upon completion of the Project the main profile of the Company will be the production of electric energy from a renewable energy source. Ewa Contet, Agnieszka Małaszuk, Norbert Kiderys, Andrzej Stadnik und Krzysztof Stadnik are the owners of KSM Energia.
Description of the Żeńsko Project
The Project is located in Żeńsko, the Krzęcin Commune, the Choszczno County, the West Pomeranian Province, approx. 100 km to the south-east of Szczecin. It consists of three facilities of GE 2.5 xl, 2.5MW each, of the rotor diameter of 100m and the hub height of 100m. The total power of the Project is 7.5 MW.
The Żeńsko Wind Farm has conditions for connection issued by Enea Operator sp. z o.o. and a legally binding construction permit. Construction works were completed in September 2011. GE Wind Energy GmbH Salzbergen is the turbine and service supplier at the operation stage, whereas HQ sp. z o.o. from Szczecin is the general contractor of construction works. Renpro sp. z o.o. performs as owner's representative services.
The Project is financed by the Company's own funds and an investment credit granted by the BGŻ S.A. Bank. Moreover, it is financed from the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme, Measure 9.4 Generation of Energy from renewable sources, call for proposals no 2/POIi¦/9.4/2010.The amount from Environment Operational Programme support  is: 20 249 847,73 PLN. The whole value of Project is:  38 435 961,03 PLN.
Electric energy production has begun in October 2011.
